Renew domain

Hi, I need help to renew my domain: mytalebegins.com. It expired past October and I missed all the e-mails from WordPress.

This is not going to be the news you wanted to hear. Since you didn’t renew the domain in time, it expired, and a third party has grabbed it.
You could negotiate with the new owner if they’d want to sell it back to you. It seems the domain is currently parked on GoDaddy. They have a Domain Broker Service that you can utilize, however it’s not free. How that service works is that they try to contact the owner and negotiate on your behalf.
The question is, how important is the domain to you? In many cases it might be simpler to just start afresh, but understandably that’s not ideal if you had already built a history with your domain.

Hi there,
That domain expired on 22 October and has already been removed from our system. It is about to go into redemption with our registrar.
But it is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point. I’m sending you a link via email which you can use to pay for the renewal. Let us know here once you’ve paid, and we can email our domain provider to restore the domain.
Please don’t make guesses or assumptions based on partial information. The domain shows a GoDaddy parked page because we use one of their subsidiaries as a domain provider on WordPress.com, and the parked page on it’s own in no way indicates the domain belongs to someone else now.
Please tag all threads regarding expired domains for staff as we ask in our volunteer guidelines, as only WordPress.com support staff have access to all the information required to effectively help with this.
