Since your site seems to be hosted with Bluehost you will need to get help at Bluehost.

If you have not posted in that forum please create an account in that forum before posting.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two independent entities, and things do not work the same on each of those versions.
If Bluhost is not able to help you please use the WordPress.org forum for help.
You will need to create an account there to be able to use that forum.

@ryrhino00, the OP asked for help renewing their domain, which is registered through WordPress.com. Where a domain is hosted and where a domain is registered is not the same thing, and Bluehost will not be able to help in this case, as they are not the domain registrar. -
You look at the Registrar field in Whois. If you check the link you provided, you’ll see that’s indicated as Wild West Domains for this domain, which is one of the registrars we use on WordPress.com, and a few lines down you’ll see it shows Reseller: WordPress.com
