renew domain

  our site is on auto-renewal and the account established for the last 6 years was recently compromised/replaced, however I did not update the info on our profile and now our site has been in-accessible for approx. 6 months. I updated the auto-renewal account to a valid one and three days later, our website is still opening a ‘403-FORBIDDEN’ message. Please advise next steps

  I’m showing that you had a domain registration for the domain kailanicivitillo.com here at WordPress.com and that domain registration expired back in January 2021.

  When the domain expired, it went through a redemption process which can take up to 80 days to complete. During that time you would have been able to pay a redemption fee to recover the domain.

  Since no action was taken, it looks like the domain was released back into the open marketplace and was available to purchase. Looking at the current status of this domain, it was purchased in May 2021. You can enter the domain name here to look up this information:

  As it looks like the domain was purchased by someone else, you will need to use a different domain or access your site at the kailanicivitilloblog.wordpress.com URL instead.

  There seems to be an issue with the image set in your blog’s Home page, so you should edit that and see what the issue might be there.
