  Hello! I am unable to renew my domain for sammigregory.com, I cannot access the purchases screen or renewal screen.

  @sammitobler that domain is registered under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into.

  You would need to log out of this account and into the correct account in order to access the account billing for this domain.
