  Have you checked out the domain renewal support page?

  Otherwise, if the link isn’t helpful and the domain name is in redemption, a staff member might have to email you a payment form for the domain’s renewal.

  A domain can only be renewed by the account that owns it, and the account you used to post here isn’t the account that was used to buy the domain, momotasalento.com.

  Log out of this account, and log back in as the account that owns the domain, and you’ll be able to renew it from the Purchases page.
