  I need to renew my domain name (ci-ne.com), how do I go about doing so. Told me to contact the help center

  Your domain name is in Redemption (expired Jan. 6) so you need staff help to renew it – I have flagged this for the staff

  ci-ne.com expired on January 6, but can still be recovered at an additional cost.
