    I paid for the annual domain registration but now I lost my domain. Could you please check and solve the issue?

    You didn’t loose your domain, that domain has been parked. You just have to wait untill a Staff member is available.

    @siwatvis Apologies for the delay. I’ve checked your account, and it appears that the domain graphyanimation.com is active and isn’t scheduled for renewal until 2026-02-16. It seems you may have resolved the issue yourself?
