Renew domain by different user

  I want to renew my upgraded domains, but they were created by another user and I can’t find a way to renew them. This is a shared account, but the original user that registered the domains no longer works with the blog, can I still renew the domains?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The other user will have to transfer the upgrade to you or post here under their ID requesting Staff to make the transfer.
