To renew that domain you need to be logged in as the account that owns it, denniswrightcmtnd. That’s a different account than the one you’re using to post here.

dwrightcmt is the username you are logged in as right now.
You need to log out of this account and log in as the username denniswrightcmtnd instead. Then you will have access to the site and be able to renew the upgrade. If you try the account recovery while logged in as dwrightcmt it won’t work. You need to log out first.

I can only send a manual payment link to the email address of the denniswrightcmtnd account, so you will need to have access to the email address for that account for me to send you that link.

It is not possible to renew an upgrade in a different account. You will need to regain access to the correct account as I’ve already explained before you will be able to renew it.

Am I going to be able to renew and keep denniswrightcmtnd and it's content? I have tried everything you said and it will not accept payment. Need to keep my materials if I can't renew. It expires Jan 6 and I have been attempting to renew and speak with someone..beyond an e mail.. since early Dec. Please let me know something tomorrow as I have much money invested in the page content and photos and have recommended WordPress to everyone. Thank You in advance. Dennis Wright BCTMB MA

I have repeatedly told you what to do. Log out of this account, and log in as denniswrightcmtnd
These are two completely different username accounts, and you are logged into the wrong account. Log into the correct account, and you will be able to renew the upgrades.
If you don’t remember the password for the correct username account, you need to submit our account recovery form, as explained here:
I have also emailed the email address on file for the account that owns the domain. If you receive that email, follow the instructions it contains. If you don’t receive the email, the account recovery form is your only option.
