Renew Domain in redemption

  The FAQ says to contact CS so they can send me a link to renew my domain which is in redemption. Please advise.

  Hi, I’ve just sent a payment request. You’ll want to take care of that as soon as possible, then update us here to let us know it’s paid.

  As soon as we hear back from you, we’ll reach out to the registrar to get it back. Just be sure you update us so we’ll know to take that next step.

  @dandypear you forgot to mention you paid this, but I happened across this and double checked.

  It’s paid now, so I’m reaching out to the registrar to get this back for you. We’ll update you when we have news.
