Hi…
Something did not communicate properly …and now I can not renew my domain AND my website is offline.
I contacted you before asking to disable the option of automatic domain renewal.
Which should be an option on its own.
The result was irrelative.
You canceled my payment, the domain expired, my website is down + I dont have access to my domain at all.
I got the refund ok …but it is not what I asked.Can you please provide a solution asap..?
In the case that I cannot register a domain with wordpress.com without automated renewal, please advise on how I could extend my grace period so I can transfer it to another registrar.

You did this right after renewing your domain. When my colleague told you that this will mean your domain will expire and be removed you said that it was okay.
Are you saying that you did not want to cancel the renewal? That is how I also interpret your request with which you started that chat. The only button you could have pressed is the Renew button.

Hi, I did press the Renew button and paid but it would not proceed if I did not also press the the option of automatic domain renewal so there I was confused. I do need the domain name so please let us know how to proceed to get it back. Thank you for your help, Lida

Thank you for confirming, and sorry for the error on our part.
I’ve emailed our registrar to restore the domain to our account. I’ll let you know once I hear back from them.

Oh, automatic renewal is current disabled, so please make sure you manually renew the domain before 13 November next year so you don’t lose it.
