  payments are not accepted, because I am not the original subscriber?! who cares, as long as I pay, part from the fact that the only known subscribers (email visible only to moderators and staff) and titia.hennemann@gmail com are refused both on paypal and on creditcards stand alone?

  Hi – In order to renew you will have to be logged in with the original account that made the purchase. If you are, then you can renew via your Manage Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/purchases
