renew domain mapping

I’m trying to renew my domain mapping and when I navigate to renew and click the ‘Payment Settings’ button, nothing happens. I have admin permissions. Please let me know what I should do.

Hi –
You have to be logged into the account that originally purchased the domain mapping. Once logged in correctly you can renew domain mapping from the Manage Purchases page. https://wordpress.com/purchases

Hey there,
As staff-zinnia mentioned, is it possible for you to get in contact with the owner who purchased the upgrade originally? We’d need for them to either contact us and give consent to transfer the upgrade to you – or, we’ll need for them to transfer the site over to you themselves.
