renew domain mapping

I am having the same issue trying to renew an existing mapping – I keep going round in a cycle > upgrade>domains>payment settings>upgrade
Clicking on domain brings up adding a domain but this does not allow a renew.
Clicking on the renew email link brings me to the upgrade page
help!
