  i missed the payment to renew my domain mapping for vineyardstories.com.au can you please resend the account so that I can pay. My site has disappeared.

  To renew your domain, follow the faq on renewing on the support page.

  To quote:

  Where can I renew my plan or domain name?
  You can renew your plan or domain name in the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings.

  Hi there,

  You should be able to add a new mapping upgrade by going to My Site ->Domains ->Add and selecting the Map It option there.
