    Thank you for the email to let me click a button to renew my domain mapping. I clicked it and although it opened my profile, it says ‘I have no WordPress sites yet.’ I’m so confused.

    This sounds like you’ve clicked on the link, but you were already signed in or signed in at the time to a different account than the one that owns the purchase. Can you please sign out and sign in again with the email that received the renewal notice? That should bring you to the correct account to renew. If you are still having trouble, what is the address of the site you need to renew? It wasn’t included in the original question.

    What domain are you trying to renew? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and have never purchased any upgrades from us.
