Renew Domain Mapping by different subscriber

  The mapping of our blog to our domain expires in 7 days. I received a reminder when I logged in, today. I attempted to renew remapping under ‘domains’ in my account, but the system said that the original subscriber would need to do so. The original subscriber is no longer working with the blog, but is willing to transfer renewal of domain remapping. How can we fix this issue? I appreciate your hep and will be happy to provide more information if my initial explanation was unclear. Thank you!

  Hey there Michael,

  Can you have the original subscriber post in this thread to confirm that they are giving consent to transferring the subscription over to you? Once I receive that confirmation, I’d be happy to make the transfer for you.
