renew domain mapping – free or not?

I am trying to renew a domain mapping which is free, interiordialogue.eu, but it says „insufficient credits”. So is it free, or do I need credits? There is a big blue button which says „renew domain mapping for free” but it only shows the error message with „insufficient credits”…

Domain Mapping is an annual service and must be paid yearly to be kept in good status.
I do see you were able to renew domain mapping for dialoginterior.ro on September 29, 2014 without trouble. You must pay $13.00 (or equivalent) to renew interiordialogue.eu as well.
You do not appear to have any credit available in your account to apply to this renewal.

Sure, I can pay. It is just that the big blue button saying „Renew for free” is creating confusion. I suggest removing it.
