renew domain mapping upgrade

I need to renew my domain mapping upgrade. When I navigate to Store-My Upgrades from the WordPress dashboard, it shows that my upgrade is expiring on Feb. 14, but there is nothing to click on that says “renew”. Where can I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You need to be logged in as the exact account that owns the Upgrade to renew it. Is there another account you might have used to register the upgrade?

Darn. I’m sure it was someone who used to work here. She managed our blog and is no longer with our company, so I don’t know how to log in as her. Any suggestions?

A couple of things. All blogs here are owned by the account that registered them, that ties back to an email address, same with all the upgrades. So this would be a good time to chase down the ownership of all your parts of your blog and upgrades.
You are in a bit of luck – Domain Mapping can be allowed to expire then purchased again by another Admin on your blog, but you will need staff help to make the timing work so your blog is not down for a long period to time. The staff needs to clear some records after the upgrade expires to allow the upgrade to be purchased again by a different account.
I have flagged this for the staff to help
In the mean time, ask around and see if you can chase down the person and the email address they used. If they used a company address then you should have access to the email and can claim the account with the email even if the employee is not at your company. If the email was a personal account, finding the person and making nice with them to have the upgrades transferred to a different account is the easiest.
The person can transfer the upgrades from the dashboard (Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades)
Or easier for some, they can log into this thread with the account that owns the upgrade(s) and using small clear words, being very specific ask the staff to transfer Upgrade xx from account yy to account zz

The upgrade is set to auto-renew, so it’s possible it will be renewed (and that the current owner of the upgrade will cancel it and ask for a refund).
@stephgraves if you are unable to get in touch with the upgrades owner or sort this out on your own, could you update this thread next week as a reminder to me to see if the upgrade went through or not? If there’s an issue with it, I can assist you further after it has expired.
