Renew Domain Name

Can someone please help me to renew my domain name? I submitted a ticket last week, and haven’t heard anything. I searching the support Q & A section, but I could not find out how to renew. There is a renew button that I pressed, but then there was no option to help me go any farther. I’m happy to pay for another year of my domain name. Can someone please contact me ASAP?
