Renew domain name

I am trying to renew my domain name that happened to be registered with WordPress, which WordPress got from Wild West Domains. Since, I personally never registered my domain with Wild West Domains, I don’t have the log in info to renew my domain.
PLEASE help me renew my domain, so I can transfer to a different host!

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?

Hey there,
I checked with our registrar and eyesofbeijing.net is now in a redemption period. You can still renew your domain through us, but it is now a more expensive and complicated process to do so. Our registrar charges an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $26 we charge to renew the domain. The good news is that this is still a chance of reclaiming the domain through this option.
Your other option is to wait until the redemption period is over so that the domain becomes available for registration again. Domains are usually in redemption for approximately 80 days, but with this option, you run
the risk of someone else jumping in front of you to purchase the domain before you get the chance.Please let me know if you want to proceed with paying the late renewal fee in the attempt to reclaim the domain name. This option is also time sensitive because the domain can be auctioned off to an expired domain bidder.
I would suggest enabling the auto-renew option so that you will not have to worry about losing control over your domain in the future.

I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore eyesofbeijing.net to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

What do you mean you are not sure if you can get the domain back? Do you mean for free? Or do you mean at all?
How long will this take for you to contact them?

I already contacted them and it will take no more than 24 hours to hear back from them and retrieve the domain.
We never want to guarantee that we can retrieve the domain because there is always a (very) slight change that the domain is picked up in auction. But, that rarely happens, and I don’t believe that will be the case here – so no worries. =)

However, I want to transfer my domain to JustHost. And I am awaiting for the transfer code and it hasn’t come in yet… I even resent the request to send the transfer code.
