  Trying to use the link In my email but can’t work out where I renew my domain name

  mazadaar.co.uk is owned by another account so please try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to — you should then see the option to renew it from the Manage Purchases page.

  I don’t understand. I’ve had an email from word press informing me the domain name is up for renewal and have provided me with a link to renew. However when I click on it and log in I can’t renew it???

  Right, but you’re currently logged into the wrong account.

  You’ll need to log out of WordPress.com, and then log in under the email address that we sent the email to.

  If you don’t recall the password, we have some recommendations at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
