Renew domain name subscription originally purchased by a different user.
-
Hello,
I need to renew the domain subscription for netimpactminneapolis.org, which expired a couple weeks ago. The person who originally bought the upgrade (Keely Herron) is no longer a member of our non-profit board. Can the ability to renew the subscription be moved to my user account (nfranco3)? Or is there some other way to manually renew the subscription so the domain name is not lost. Thanks.
Nicholas Franco

Blogs are not owned by organization, companies or groups. The person who owns the blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog and who provided the email address the blog is associated with and who paid for the upgrade.
You must contact that person ie. username account ie. blog owner on your own and if they choose to make you and Admin of the blog they can transfer it to you so you can proceed with renewing the upgrade.
