Renew domain. No renew option?

  Hello,
  My domain blog.tripadvisor.com expired two days ago. I want to renew, but there’s no “renew” button. Can you help me do this?

  You need to be logged in at the account that originally purchased the upgrade

  Do you know if there’s any way for me to transfer this over to my account? The person who originally purchased it is no longer with the company.

  Yes upgrades can be transferred from one account to another – you will need staff help to do it – the account that owns an upgrade (s) can just log in here and spell out which upgrades they would like to transfer to which account – please be very specific

  In order to transfer the upgrade, I will need to see the request from the user who owns the upgrade.
