Renew domain registration

  I can’t seem to renew my domain registration for fionajaneburgess.com it says the product was purchased by a different WordPress account and ‘To manage this product, log in to that account or contact the account owner.’ the account was created by the web developer but they can’t seem to update it, so I desperately need to renew the payment method. Please help!

  Hi there:

  You are correct in that the domain registration is not tied to the account you’re currently logged into. Since you don’t own this upgrade, we’re limited to what we can help with and advise.

  When you say that your web developer “can’t seem to update it” – are they trying to update payment? Since the domain had expired already, they need to contact support to get the domain renewed again. You can direct them to post a reply to this thread logged into their account and we can help manually renew the domain.
