We were notified for the first time today that our domain for http://www.sportsunlimitedblog.com has expired. We would like to renew this ASAP. I would be interested in renewing for at least 10 years if that is possible. I am the person who set up the account. Can you please email me at [removed by Staff] with instructions on how to renew the domain. Do you have a credit card on file? My number is [removed by Staff]. This is extremely important that this is renewed. I’m assuming you were trying to alert us of the renewal but for some reason we did not receive any emails. Who were the reminders being emailed to? Thanks

You can only renew for one year at a time currently – the staff is working on some secret project to let you do more than one year – that will be available “soon” whatever soon is.
Support threads are forever but I will flag this to have your phone number (no phone support by the way) removed

When logged in as the original account for an upgrade you should be able to renew or update credit card info at
Dashboard >> Store

We only have one administrator / user and we do not see the renew button. How can we renew it?

You should be able to see renew the domain name by going to your Store > My Upgrades page and clicking the ‘Renew Now’ button next to the domain name. I’ve included a direct link to that page below:
