  I want to renew an old domain name (expired over a year ago), but can’t figure out how!

  Hi there,

  Once a theme expires, it is put up for auction. It’s possible that someone else has registered the domain since you last used it, but it is also quite possible that it’s available to register again.

  Are you referring to the domain marissavessels.com? If so, you appear to be in luck, as that domain is available to register again as a brand new domain: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/
