Renew domain – URGENT

  Hi there! I am trying to renew my domain ‘titinroundtheworld.com’ but everytime I click on the ‘renew domain’ it sends me to ‘purchases’ and the only option available is to ‘upgrade’ a plan. My domain will expire on the 16th of July and I am currently traveling and not able to have wifi everyday. Please, help me solve this as soon as possible!

  Hello Angie,

  That domain is owned by the user titinroundtheworld, so if you own that account you’ll need to log in as that username to renew the domain. Only the account that owns a domain can renew it.

  However, I also see that your domain has already been renewed, so you’re good until July 2017.
