Renew Domain Without The Bundle

  Hello,

  I would like to renew my domain ‘allinbeautifulbalance.com’ without also renewing my wordpress.com premium account. When I currently go to renew my domain, it is also bundling together the premium membership as well. How can I renew the domain name ONLY as I am now using a different host and theme.

  Hello,
  Go to My Upgrades and then cancel the Premium upgrade. You should have the option there to keep the domain.

  The option to cancel does not seem to be there when I go to My Upgrades. It does however say “Renew Now”. If I were to press that will it provide options or automatically renew?

  I’ve tagged this for a staff member to assist. In a related thread, there wasn’t a mention of having to click “Renew Now” in order to reach the cancel option.

  I have unbundled your domain from your Premium Plan, so you should be able to renew your domain only now, while the Premium Plan will expire and be removed automatically in one month.

  Let me know if you need more help with this.
