RENEW DOMAINE NAMES

    I have 2(two) domaine names http://www.griffithdustsheets.co.uk and also .com that have expired within the last few weeks and I wish to urgently renew. I did not receive any notice from wordpress and only found out from customers trying top log on. Please can you advise how to proceed as they are registered with you.

    Hi Paul –

    These domains are not connected to the account that you have contacted us from.

    When you sign in to your other account you should find the option to renew the domain mapping at Manage Purchases.

    The email reminders about the expiration are going to be sent to the email on the account connected to the upgrade.
