  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  I haven’t purchased an upgrade. I just looked at the prices.

  My account name is hrextensioninc.com. I didn’t have a password, so I just got a new one so I could log on. If you go to archive.com and enter the domaine name you can view the first page of the correct website. Not my newer website that was under construction and never finished,
