    Hello, I need to pay the subscription for the email @phoenixgrafica.com. I’m unable to add it to the cart and proceed with checkout. Can I get help? Thank you!

    Hi there:

    It looks like you transferred the domain phoenixgrafica.com from WordPress.com to another domain registrar on 2022-12-15. The Professional email service requires you to have the domain either registered here at WordPress.com, or connected to your WordPress.com site. A connection requires your domain nameservers to point to WordPress.com for the Professional email service to work.

    Since it appears you have your website hosted at Hostinger now, you would need to contact Titan (who provides the email service) Support team for help setting up your email through Hostinger. You can reach them here: https://support.titan.email/hc/en-us
