  My domain expired yesterday, I would like to nenew it please.

  Hi there,

  That domain was removed from your account a year ago, after you disputed the last renewal payment for the domain made in November 2018. The site to which that domain was attached has been locked ever since, pending payment of a chargeback fee.

  Please go to https://wordpress.com/checkout/mandalacollective.wordpress.com and pay that fee. Let us know here once you’ve done that, and we can send you a link to pay for the renewal of the domain itself.

  Do note that the domain can enter redemption at any time. Should that happen before we receive your payment and before we can restore the domain, there will be an additional $80 fee to get the domain back at that point.

  I’d suggest adding a card to your account so that we can process an automatic renewal next year and save some of this trouble.
