  What domain are you referring to? Is this about thebedazzledhome.com?
  From what I can see this domain has expired and is available to be purchased again.

  It seems that you have disputed the auto-renewal for your plan and domain back in 2019 and so both were canceled. You should be able and purchase the upgrades again.
