Hi there,
That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges an $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

Thanks for confirming @tlsinclair6623! I’ve just sent an invoice for the redemption fee and domain renewal. Domain redemptions are very time-sensitive, so please go ahead and take care of that payment, then update us here as soon as it’s done so we can take the next steps. Thanks!

Thanks @tlsinclair6623. We’re working on getting the domain back for you now. Were you hosting that here with us previously?

OK. I can see it’s back in your account now and pointed to your host. I’d recommend setting up auto-renew here so it won’t expire again. If we have any issues with payment, or if you’re nearing expiration, we’ll email, so you’ll want to be sure the address here is one you check. Or you can transfer the domain to the new provider if you’d like.
Hoping this helps!
