Who do I need to talk to? How do I get my domains back? Most importantly why can’t I even see them in my dashboard to renew them? It stands to reason that if I ever purchased a domain I would be able to renew it within a certain timeframe. This domain expired less than a week before the first time I reached out to support.
I still haven’t heard anything back. Please help!!! -
Hey @botanicada, thanks for your patience here. You’ll want to act quickly on this since the domain is expired. Are you able to log out and log back in with the account associated with your domain? It should be the one that gets renewal reminders and whatnot.
If you need to, you can recover access using a transaction ID as outlined here:

The account does not need to be recovered. I just need to renew the domain. I am able to log in to the wordpress.com admin but there are no domains in the domains area.

Hi there,
Those domains are not associated with the WordPress.com account you’re currently logged into. They are registered under a different account, which explains why you’re not seeing them in the domains area.
To move forward, you’ll need to recover access to the account that actually owns those domains. Once you’ve done that, we’ll be able to assist you in renewing and restoring them.
To recover the account, please follow the instructions that @supernovia shared in their reply. These guidelines will help you through the process of account recovery so that you can regain control of your domains.
If you encounter any issues along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
