  I first bought my domain nganhihello.com through WordPress.

  It’s now expired and I want to renew it.

  How do I do this?

  According to https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://nganhihello.com that domain is in no way connected to the wordpress.com platform. According to https://completedns.com/dns-history/ you moved away from wordpress.com in 2023. You must contact your registrar support.
