Renew expired domain

    How do I renew an expired domain? I haven’t received any notifications that the domain was expiring, but my website isn’t available anymore. My email account is attached to the website so it hasn’t received emails for a few days. My payment information has been updated, but there is no option to renew.

    That domain is registered by a different account on your site. Only them can renew it.

    So, you need to reach out to them and ask them to renew it by going to this page: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/
