Renew expired domain

I need to renew a recently expired domain. I am unable to get to a page to complete this activity. Pls provide steps. Thank you.

The domain is correct & does not expire until 2019. I need to renew the domain link on wordpress. When I select to the option for payments is goes to a page for upgrades. I am unable to determine how to renew my wordpress link for this domain address. Thank you.

Following are the steps I am taking: Select My site. Select Plans. Select Domains. Display shows so-mo-rangers.com expired 3 days ago. Click on line. Displays “mapping expires May 21, 2016”. Select the Payment Settings box. Screen for “looking to upgrade?” displays. No choice except to “upgrade now”. Back to in a loop – Screen for Plans, then Domain.

The originating admin was able to pay the domain mapping renewal & get this site up & running again. You may close this request. Pls add to a future enhancement for any admin to have the ability to renew the domain mapping. Thank you for your help with this.

I see, only the upgrade’s owner will be able to renew. It will only show the option to renew to the owner at the Purchases page, if you want, you can ask the owner to request to transfer the upgrade to your WordPress.com account.
