Renew expired domain

    Trying to renew my recently expired (13 days ago) domain: highviewfoodservice.com. I can’t get it to work. When I go to the ‘Edit highviewfoodservice.com’ page and click the Payment Settings button, it takes me back to the ‘Purchases’ tab and asks me if I’m ‘Looking to upgrade?’ It seems like a loop to me and I cannot figure out how to make the payment.

    Hi there,

    That domain belongs to the username, highviewfoodservice. You’ll need to be logged in as that username to renew the domain, as only upgrade owners can renew or manage upgrades now.

    Please let me know if you need any more help with this.
