Renew Expired Domain
-
I let my domain ‘www.lucaschibli.com’ expire.
I asked in the forum and they recommended me to contact a representative of wordpress to be able to know in which situation my domain is.
Considering the whole situation, I would like to renew my site, the problem is that in my wordpress account (which is ‘free’) I do not find where to do it.
Could you tell me where I can renew my site that has already expired? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Your domain expired four days ago (2016-12-16). This means that your domain is in the Grace period. During this period -which lasts for about 10 days to two weeks- the domain can be renewed at the regular price. You can try and renew it by visiting your Domains page. If you have trouble renewing it, I suggest waiting for Support Staff to reply, as this post is already tagged for Staff assistance.

Hi there,
I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore lucaschibli.com to your account. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
I will let you know once I hear back from the registrar.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hi fstat
In the domains page within my account I do not see any way to renew it.
I can only “add a custom domain”, when I click there and perform the operation, it tells me that the domain is already registered.
The problem I have is that I can not find the way to pay again to sign it. -
Yes, you won’t be able to see the upgrade – I’ll need to manually add it back to your account once I hear back from our registry partner. I will keep you updated. Thanks!

Hi there!
I’ve sent you an email about your domain.
Please let us know if you didn’t receive it.

Hello everyone!
From now thank your support.
Tell them that I already received the email with which to make the payment, in fact I already made the payment, I also communicated the payment via email.
Greetings to all and I am very grateful. -
