Renew expired domain

  I can’t renew an expired domain. Is there another way to renew it?

  Hi there – the domain is not registered through us, but through Internet Names Worldwide. The domain itself isn’t expired.

  It looks like the domain mapping upgrade connecting the sub-domain blog.greenhomesamerica.com to your site has expired. You can renew the upgrade by logging in as the user that purchased the upgrade originally, going to Store > My Upgrades, and clicking the renewal button.

  If you’re unable to do that, I could remove the existing expired mapping so you can re-map it under your own user account. Just let me know if you need further help.

  Hi, thank you so much for responding!

  Unfortunately, I am not the user who purchased it originally. Because I have no way of finding out who originally purchased it, is there anything I need to know about mapping the domain besides the domain address? I don’t want to disconnect it before I cover my bases on the information I will need to re-map it.
