Renew expired domain

  An old client of mine failed to renew their domain that is registered with WordPress even though the site is hosted elsewhere. It’s been over a month and so now that they’ve gotten in touch with us we log into their WordPress account and click on the renew link provided the domain name does not appear. How do we renew this domain at this stage?

  Thanks for getting back to me. I have sent an email your way with a secure payment link for the redemption and a few more details about the process.

  I have also sent off a request to our domain partner to get the redemption started.
