No problem. I can see that mightyspud.com is in redemption. In order to recover that domain, our partner will charge an $80 fee. Before we proceed we have to get confirmation that you’ll agree to that payment. This is in addition to your annual domain renewal of $26, and the total bill that we send to you via email is going to be $106.
Write back with any questions. Let me know if you’ll agree to the fee and I can get things in motion for the redemption.

pallaviroy89 – You can let folks know how the redemption process works and ask them to confirm the redemption fee. This way, if they write back before staff gets here, we aren’t holding them up. Domain redemption is super time sensitive so we want to be proactive in what we can do. Thanks :)

No problem. I’ve sent an email your way with a payment link. Please note, it’s going to be delivered to the email address connected with the account that owns the upgrade (martydigitalbyrne not mightyspud2).
I’ve also sent a note to our domain partner requesting the redemption. As soon as we hear back from them I’ll send an update along to you. Typically, this only takes 2-3 days.

Hi, thanks for all the help so far. I have now paid the necessary fees via the manual payment link that was sent and the site mightyspud.com is back up and running.
How do I now get control and admin/renewal of the domain into my account name mightyspud2. The existing account holder martydigitalbyrne has moved on to a new job and I have taken over looking after this for the organisation Mighty Spud.

Hi there,
Your domain’s recovery was not complete yet. I’ve now completed the process, so you should see the domain listed at My Site ->Domains again and be able to make changes to it.
To prevent it from expiring again I recommend you also add a payment method for the upgrade in the Purchases page. That will enable automatic renewal going forward.
