  I want to renew one of y blog domains but it seems impossible. The pages keeps sending me to support then telling me to logging in to contact support and then saying there ARE NO email address for support. Can anyone please help me I’m getting really worked up with the horrible customer support.

  What is the domain name you want to renew?

  I have flagged this for the staff to help

  There is an email for support (at) wordpress.com – but it tends to be slow and the forum much quicker

  You should have received several email notifications on the expiration but part of the notification system has been broken and the notices were not sent out

  Hi there – I’m sorry, but your domain prettybirdy.com expired 65 days ago and is now in redemption.

  The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.

  I’ve emailed you a payment request for the renewal amount.

  The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal plus the $80 late renewal fee.

  Please reply to this thread once you’ve paid, and I’ll contact our registrar to restore your domain. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded.

  If you don’t want to pay the $80 fee you can let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely. But please note that your domain can be put up for auction or sold on back-order while it is in redemption, which means someone else may purchase the domain first and you will be unable to register it again.
