  My website went down. Can we recover it and renew?

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking, and what is the upgrade you’re trying to renew?

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades with us.

  You’re an admin on the site, http://armageddonarmory205988683.wordpress.com/, but that site and its upgrades belong to another user, agentsolis007, and renewal reminder emails were sent to that person’s email address.

  If that’s the site you’re speaking of, the best option would be if that user bought a new plan for the site. As an admin, you can also buy a new Business Plan for the site, but you won’t be able to manage the custom domain attached to the site, as that belongs to the other admin.

  You can buy a new Business Plan at Upgrades ->Plans in the dashboard.

  Once you’ve bought a new plan, start a live chat session at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so we can help you restore a backup from before the previous plan was removed from the site.
