Renew expires 4/9/13

    I would like to renew my domain name and I do not see a renew button/option in “My Upgrades” as is referenced throughout the support answer pages. Please advise what my next step is, as I would like to keep the name.

    You need to be logged in as the EXACT account / name that owns / purchased the upgrade to see the Renew button

    Also check the renewal date and billing history and see if the registration was automatically renewed
