Renew expiring domain

    our domain – varsityderbyleague.com – says it is expiring when we view it in My Upgrades. However, in the My Domains page it says it’s active and will renew on June 6.

    We can’t find a way to pay for the renewal, if it is required. Please advise how we can pay for the renewal (if required)

    The domain upgrade is owned by the user varsityderbyleague. If that’s also your account, you can log in and manage it there; if not, you will need to reach out to the person who owns that account.

    As far as the renewal, it looks like the billing information we have expired so there is no current billing on record. That means that the domain will not auto-renew when it expires in July.
