"Renew" link for domain upgrade (mapping) not active. Can't renew!

  We have a domain upgrade which allows us to map vox-nova.com to the WordPress server. The $13 domain upgrade expired on August 16, but the “Renew” link isn’t active, so we can’t renew. We’ve noticed a minor loss of functionality as a result. Not sure it’s connected, but we’d like to renew. How can we do that?

  Once Domain Mapping has expired, after a few days I think it needs to be purchased new, you also need to be logged in as the EXACT account that owns an upgrade to renew it –

  I have flagged this for the staff to help as sometimes they need to clear something on an expired upgrade to you can purchase it again

  But while logged in as the EXACT account that had the upgrade see if you can see the Renew or try purchasing it new

  Hi pathtree,

  It looks like the domain mapping upgrade is in fact owned by a different user, and it has been renewed through 8-26-2014.
