  its wont allow me to renew domain mapping with out a plan? Ive had domain mapping for $13 for 4 years

  That upgrade is no longer available to new users and you can only continue with it if you renew promptly before it expires. How long ago did it expire? I have added the modlook tag to ask if a member of staff could check your account.

  That really sucks, it expired july 21. The day before i tried to renew but paypal portion wasnt loading on my phone so i waited and forgot.

  If so, yes, a plan will be needed to continue with the domain mapping. Domain mapping is no longer available as a standalone upgrade on WordPress.com.
